Visit to AJ-ECO PS Ball Plant

The visit to AJ-ECO PS Ball Plant in Prai was participated by Arshad, Budin and Lawrence on 7 Jan 2010. We were received by Ong of AJ-ECO and staff of the plant.
We were informed that the visit to the plant was not usually entertained but our visit has been approved by the management of Ann Joo Berhad.
The visit has been very productive and educational as we got to see first hand how the PS Ball being produced.
Picture shows the pouring process before the PS Ball is produced. Note that AJ-ECO is the JV company formed between Ecomaister of Korea and Ann Joo.
PS Ball production plant need to be located very close to the Steel Making Plant in order to be effective.
We managed to bring back "fresh" samples of PS Ball of various grades from the Plant.
Budin is currently keeping the samples "securely" in his office....
